Do I need any identification or a hard copy of my reservation details?

No. In order to protect the environment, all that is needed is some form of identification. In the worst case scenario, you may be asked to show the confirmation email of sent to you upon your reservation.

Where do we meet our driver?

If you pick up location is the PMI airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the “meeting point” which is located inside of the arrivals building, between gate C and D. If you are to be picked up from your hotel, the entrance to the hotel, or if access to the entrance was not possible, in the hotel’s vicinity.

When do I need to make the reservation?

We recommend the reservation be made at least 48h before your first transfer.

What happens if nobody is at the meeting point?

Our usually punctuality is excellent, however, if due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our hands there is a delay, you are required to wait for 10 minutes. If for any reason, the delay exceeds a 10-minute wait, please contact us immediately.

Will I be charged for cancelling this service?

There will be no cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled at least 24h in advance. Beyond this, you will be charged 20% of the total sum

What is the maximum amount of passengers that I can reserve the transfer for?

You may reserve for up to 16 passengers. Remember children and babies are included in these.

I am travelling with children or babies

According to the Spanish Transport laws, both babies and children are required to travel in an approved retention device, such as a booster chair. We provide these and it does not incur any additional fees.

Do children and babies have to pay?

Yes, both children and babies occupy a seat, as required by Spanish Transport laws.

Can I pay by credit/debit card?

We accept practically all credit and debit cards, you can check out through either of out chosen payment methods, Stripe or PayPal.

Is it secure to pay by card?

You are ensured the maximum available securities for these types of transactions. Your details are encrypted using SSL server certificate protection, therefore at no point in time are you card details or PayPal information sorted on our database. We use two have the choice of two well-known and highly recommended methods of payment; Strip and PayPal.

Am I going to share the minibus?

No, this is an exclusive service for you and your friends and family

What types of service can we hire?

Any type of Land Passenger Transport, including excursions and trips across the whole of the island.

Can we take bulky luggage, such as surf board, golf clubs and bicycles?

Yes although due to the nature of this luggages, there will an extra charge available to be selected whilst making your reservation under “extras”. 

Can I travel with my pet?

No we do not allow the transport of animals in the passenger compartment except guide dogs. Pets must always travel within the same service as their owner Only one pet is allowed per trip Your pet must travel in the boot of the vehicle inside of a cage or an appropriate transportation device.

The website isn’t working property

What would happen if my flight number is changed

Normaly our system provides us with flight information, including if there has been any changes in the timing or number of the flgiht. However, you can inform us of any changes via our email info@welovetransfers.com

What if I can’t find my hotel on the system?

Instead you can enter a nearby road, bar, shop or even simply the town you will be staying in.

What if I only want to travel one way?

You have the option to select the “one way” box next to the calendar on our home page.
